Relationship with self.

Relationship with others.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

- James Baldwin

Hi, I’m Lucy

I am a marriage and family therapist (MFT) dedicated to helping people cultivate connection, self-trust, and a fullness of experience in themselves and their relationships.

In our work together, we’ll explore the dynamics, patterns, and inner processes that shape your relationships and sense of self. Curiosity, collaboration, humor, and trust will be the pillars of our work.

I believe deeply in our human capacity for growth and transformation. By turning toward our vulnerabilities with awareness, we create opportunities for choice, healing, and more compassionate relationships—with ourselves and others.

My practice integrates emotional, somatic, neurobiological, and cognitive dimensions of healing.

I hold a graduate degree in Couple & Family Therapy from Antioch University and am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (cMT-P). I offer individual, couple, and relational therapy, discernment counseling, uncoupling support, death and dying guidance, and non-therapeutic coaching.

My work is grounded in a decolonizing, non-pathologizing, and humanistic lens that honors both personal complexity and societal context.
