Relational & Experiential Psychotherapy

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

- James Baldwin

Relationship with self.

Relationship with others.

Together, we will explore the obstacles, relationship dynamics, communication patterns, personal narratives, and internal processes that are keeping you from the connection, self-trust, and fullness of experience that you long for. Curiosity, collaboration, humor, and trust will be the pillars of our work together.

I have deep confidence in the human capacity for growth, transformation, and courage. These qualities allow us to self-reflect and work towards building more compassionate relationships—with ourselves and others. The places we are most frightened of in ourselves often have the most to teach us, facing our vulnerability becomes an invitation to uncover our greatest potential. Together, we will be present with these territories until we find a way forward—not through avoidance, fear, or unconscious habits, but from a place of awareness and choice.

Deepening our relationship and capacity to be present with ourselves becomes the avenue to connect more deeply with others.

  • I take an integrative approach, tailoring my work to each client’s unique needs, processing style and stage in their healing journey. My approach draws from models like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Experiential and Somatic Therapies, as well as my lifelong practice of Eastern wisdom modalities.

For individual therapy and coaching, I offer sessions in nature, in an office, or remotely.

  • Experiential psychotherapy helps us explore the parts of our experiences and relationships that feel most difficult to navigate alone.

Together, we will engage in a process of deep awareness, learning to experience and accept the physical sensations of our emotions, the stories we tell ourselves about them, and our reactions to those sensations. These unconscious patterns are often a source of ongoing suffering. By tuning into the present physical sensations linked to our emotions—as well as the past sensations and narratives stored in our bodies and minds—we can begin to uncover layers of historic fear, anger, and hurt.

As we expand our capacity to feel and process past pain, we create space to release it. This allows us to engage with the present more fully with greater presence, self-awareness, and compassion.

  • Yes, I currently provide in-person couples therapy through The Northampton Center for Couples Therapy. For individual therapy, coaching, and relational coaching, I offer sessions remotely or in nature, both within and outside of Massachusetts.
